Description

Set up as shown , on first whistle all players in the front of each line skate into the circle and continue to stick handle while inside the circle . Keep control of your puck while avoiding other players and staying inside the circle.

At any point the coach will blow the whistle again and each player must turn and fire a direct pass back to the next player in their line, after making pass players must clear out of the circle and skate outside the the tires and back to their line.

Players receiving the pass take off and do the same drill as soon as they receive the pass.
