1. D starts by making pass to F
2. D skates to blue line and transitions
3. F skates with speed through NZ w/o slowing at OZ blueline
4. Finishes with shot on net following up for rebound

Runs from both corners at same time
After F shoots, next 1v1 starts from both corners

Notes: D Focus: Stick on puck, gap control
F Focus: Enter oz wide if no inside lane, low shots, follow rebound
