Description

*Drill is run from opposite sides of blue line at same time.
-Frwd starts with puck and skates a full circle outside the mats on ice and then attack the far end trying to score.
-Dman follows around the outside of the first mat and then can cut under the second mat and pivot backwards once they have skated past the centre line.
*Frwd must drive outside until blue line.
*Dman must skate backwards until blue line once they've pivoted.

**Progression**
1.Drill can become any combo you choose (2on1, 2on2, 3on2).
2.Add on a head to head team full ice game after attack (2on1 turns into a 3on3 full ice)
