Description

Basic puck control drill .

Set up as shown and on coaches whistle first player in each line starts drill, control pucks around cones and take a long shot as soon as turning past last cone.

Players then go behind both nets in a full sprint to get in the back of the opposite line they started in, pick up loose pucks on your way back to line if you pass one.

Notes: For older more skilled players you can have players completely circle each cone before moving to next cone.
