Description

Set up as shown, on coaches go first player in each line goes to far side of net and comes to a complete stop. ALL STOPS MUST BE FACING THE NET !!!!!!!

Players then move to the opposite side of net again coming to a complete stop.

Players then go behind the net and out around the tire as fast as they can to get back in line.

Do all players 2 or 3 times then have players switch side

Notes: Later pucks can be added and even taking a shot.
