Description

O sides are the shooting sides, X sides are passing only.
Players will move from the x line to the o line and vice versa.

On coaches' whistle, first O's start drill by carrying puck deep into the zone and first X's come down low from opposite side. O's will pass to X's, then cut out hard towards blue line. X's will pass back to O's, then jump to the rear of the O line on opposite side.

O's will continue out of zone, and exchange passes with rear X in line, then move in and shoot.

X's have now moved to the back of the opposite side O line, and O's that have shot move to the back of the opposite end's X line.

After O's have moved past blue line and prepare to shoot, the coach blows the whistle again and the first O's in line commence drill again.

After 1/2 drill time, switch lines so that X's start carrying puck, and O's provide the passes.
