Description

Basic puck control drill

Set up as shown, X players put their sticks on the ice out in front of them with their feet shoulder width apart and butt down in a proper hockey stance. The X players make a tripod and do not move during this drill.

The O players stick handle the puck under the X players stick with their heads up and looking at the X players.

30 to 45 seconds then have players swap roles
