Description

Part 1:

Players line up in seperate lines below the blue line. One players starts (Red) skating around the outside the centre ice circle, stick infront of them providing a target where they receive a pass from the other line (Green), then continue back to the end they came from shooting on net. Green then does the same as Red.

Part 2:

When the players get fluent with the drill, split each group and have half the players play defence by pivoting at the pylon and defending the oncoming attacking forward.
