Description

Endzone game - "Shooter". It's 3 on 3 but one player from each team needs to stay inside the circle. They are the "shooter" (O4 and X19). The other two players can go anywhere in the zone. They must get the puck to the shooter. Shooters job is to get open for the shot but must stay inside the circle while doing so. He can be covered and attacked. Shooter can't pass. Teammates can tip or score rebounds.

Center circle - Pass and move! Pass right move left. Work through progressions. Pass forehand to forehand. Then backhand passing. Then one touch passing. Do drill both ways - pass left move right after. If time "chase your pass". Exactly as it sounds. Pass the puck to anyone and attack the passer. Work on receiving and making a decision quickly and move it to the open person.

Skating - Working on edge work and skating. Will go over before hand.

"The Great One" game. X14 and O4 must stay behind the next. Teammates can move anywhere but they must pass the puck to their 'passer' (X14/O4). The passer then finds their teammates for the open shot. Identify which team is shooting on which net. Passers can be attacked but passers CAN'T attack each other.
