Description

Jr A Battle Drill

Set up two battle zones on opposite corners of the rink as shown, with a net facing a corner and a goalie in each battle zone.

Set up 2 rest stations, with easy, skill based activities like monkey in the middle or 3 pylon pass and shoot.

In each battle zone, run a game of 2 on 2. Play for 45 sec to a minute, and then blow whistle, at which point, players skate hard to the next station.
