Description
Drill starts 2v2 Net Front
1st Whistle Coach Passes puck to D1, D-D Shot
2nd Whistle Coach Passes puck to D2, D-D Shot,
2nd Whistle also activates F1/F2 to go behind net, getting a pass from Coach attacking D1/D2 full ice
Play out 2v2 , on whistle F1/F2 and D1/D2 work to net front, Coaches passes to new D5/D6 who follow the play in and drill is continuous
