Description
Drill Goes Both Directions @ the Same time
on Whistle
F3 attacks net off Goal Line
D1 pivots around NZ dot gets pass from F1
D2 Sprint to Red Line and pivots
F1/F2 Flare out and attack D2 2v1
D1 Follows play up
After shot, F3/F1/F2/D2 attack D1 all the way down 4v1
4 must get shot on rush or do 10 pushups
