Description

No Pass:
X1 drives around opposite cone and takes a shot off of inside foot as finishing turn. Then O1 starts drill when X1 takes shot. Important for players to finish drill in front of net not curl behind net.

Pass:
X1 stats with puck and passs across to O1. Both players turn around opposite cones. O1 can either pass across to X1 who is driving to the net, or shoot low. Both players skate hard to net for rebound.
