Description

1) D1 skates backwards to the blue line.
2) D2 throws a pass off the wall, D1 receives.
3) D1 shoots the puck hard and low and then takes up his position at the front of the net for potential tip ins / screens on the next shot.
4) D2 then starts the drill again.
