Description

1. player starts in middle of circle, and starts by skating backwards to edge of circle , then forward to middle
2 player does crossovers to edge of circle and back to middle.
3. player skates forward to edge and backward to middles.
4. players does crossovers to other edge of circle and back to middle.
5. player skates forward to edged of circle and out turning counter-clockwise for the full circle and on to center ice circle to repeat drill.

Notes: Goalies can shuffle from middle to edge and slide or other movement to join in on drill.
