Description

O's are left handed shots, X's are right handed shots.
O1 passes to X1 (Blue). O1 then skates to face off dot and opens up to receive the pass for a one time shot. After X1 receives the pass, he immediately passes to O2 (Green), who waits for O1 to open up and then passes to him (Red) for the one time shot.
The drill is continuous with X1 passing to O2 and positioning for the one timer.
This drill is best without goalie's.
