Description

- Player 1 skates toward coach, pivots to backwards skating and receives pass from coach.
- After Player 1 receives pass from coach, he immediately transitions to forward skating towards other side.
- Player 1 then passes to player along boards and immediately pivots to backwards skating and receives return pass from player along boards.
- After Player 1 receives pass from player along boards, he immediately transitions to forward skating towards coach.
- Player 1 then performs give-n-go pass to coach and skates down ice for shot on net.

Notes: - Do not make pass to player until he has made his pivot to backwards.
