Description

Coach starts on the redline, F initiates by opening up to wall, recieves breakout pass (start easy, then Rim). Fwd to take control of puck and chip out off wall or pass to D2. At same time D1 is pinching (every time), trying to keep puck in. Coach Blows Whistle,
D1 goes around closest pilong, F1, goes hard to the net for 1 on 1.
At same time, Coach rims to the other side, same battle. Continuous.

Notes: Body to protect the puck, goal is puck over line, or D, puck below redline. 1 on 1 is eyes on chest
