Description

Players will free skate around the entire rink, while skating backwards between the blue lines.

Coach will control speed of the players on the whistle.

This is a very simple warm-up to get all players moving and engaged, while maintaing proper skating techniques including ( shoulders square and head up when skating backwards, deep and deliberate crossovers when going behind the net).
