Description
D1 starts in corner. On whistle skates towards net and picks up puck. Makes pass to F1 foreward who skates to hashmarks for breakout. F1 skates to opposite net makes move on coach and shoots on goalie.
D1 rolls around net and makes the same pass to F-2. D1 rolls around net a third time and makes a stretch pass to
F-3.
D-1 finishes with picking up puck and getting shot on opposite net.
Notes: 1. Defenceman with head on a swivel. Heads up passes. Don't make pass until foreward has transitioned.
2. Hard game style passes especially last stretch pass.
3. Forewards call for pass and lots of communication.
4. Coaches set up to force boys to make head fake move.
5. Shots from ringette line with focus on rebounds.
