Description

Drill is run on both sides of ice simultaneously. Drill starts when players in middle ice skate down hard starting with quick feet and go hard to breakout position by hash marks. Player by nets pass to player who has pivoted to breakout position front or backward. Player who has passed the puck then gets in line to be breakout player who receives the pass. Player with puck in green dekes around the cones first toward center ice then toward wall then toward net finishing with shot. They then set up in front of net to screen goalie. After screen they then get in line to become the passer and drill starts over.

Notes: Alternate ways to run the drill.
1. have players wrap the net instead of pass
2. have player who shoots stop at net and screen goalie and then move to become the passer.
3. have players use various types of dekes around cones, wide swing,Toe Drags etc.
