Description

Defence begins in front of coach and starts to skate backwards. Coach dumps a puck into the corner and D retreats below the puck, takes it off the wall. Take a fewe strides forward and pass it back to the coach. The D then returns back to the front of the net and the coach dumps it into the other corner and the D repeats the same pattern.
Do this 2x out of each corner before switching D men.
Option:
On the 3rd cycle, the d can pass to a D at the point for a shot, but the shooter must allow the D man to clear the front of the net before shooting.
