Break out & Nuetral Zone Defense (5 on 5)

Description
Coach dumps puck in unit will breakout 5 on 0 before blue line they pass puck to one of the far defense men in the offensive zone. F1 will pressure defense, F2 and F3 have to find the open men and not allow the O forwards any advancement with the puck. Defense will move puck to weak side (D to D pass). Then try and pass to one of the O forwards who have tried to positioned themselves somewhere in neutral zone. X forwards will pick up players in neutral zone and not let them get a pass.
Once play has been stopped new players will come out and do it again.
Notes: Make sure we are watching our check and not focused on puck.
Progression will have coaches move then we will work with players as a 5 on 5.
