Description

Both sides at the same time

Forwards start at center ice / D start in corners.
On whistle D step up, receives pass from forward, who skates to boards for pass, D receives pass, save ice to give forward time to get into position.
D man steps up and passes to forward and follows play up ice, and then receives return pass from forward who sprints up ice to stretch to far blue line to receive pass from D, Dman once again follows pass up ice, closes the gap and plays the 1 on 1 coming back.
