Perpetual Zone Exits and Entries/FC Progression

Diagrams

Description

Coach starts drill by dumping puck in on Group 1. Group 1 tries to break out, while Group 2 applies pressure. If Group 2 causes turnover, they try to score. Once Group 1 breaks out, they pass to either Coach for a tag up. Coach will dump puck in to Group 3 end, and Group 1 now applies pressure. Group 2 remains in Group 1 end, waiting for Group 3 to counter attack.

Notes: Can apply pressure on forecheck without structure, or play simple organized FC such as lock with F3 staying high. Watch for FC F to read possession staying above their player to check.
