Description

1) Forward to tire, power turn between tires, power turn towards goal with puck in shooting position, shoot with good goal scoring habits.

2) Forward to tire, transition backwards between tires, step forward, shoot to score.

3) Forward towards tire, drop to knees just prior to tire keep puck under control, power turn around tire, just prior to second tire drop to knees, power turn with puck into shooting position, shoot, (skater can open up if on off wing).

4)Forward to tire, transition backwards, escape, and attack net.
