Description

Two coaches stand in middle of ice. Two different reps. All with a puck on stick.

Rep 1- (Forward- O in diagram) Players skate forward with puck on stick, never stop skating, coach facing players signals with his stick a direction to turn. Turns should be tight and quick. Now players are facing opposite coach. Players skate forward fast and react to coach's signal. Then go shoot on net in your lane.

Rep 2- (Backward- X in diagram) Players start backward, when coach points, players transition to forward. Same coach points, players tight turn and attack net.
