Attacking the Mid-Lane (Variable Goal Training)



Player starts along boards and cuts to the middle getting a pass from the coah. Player may either cut up the middle or cut around either net, then make a cut around the net in the middle lane. After the final cut, player drives to the net for a shot/rebound.
