Description

Split kids into equal groups along goal line. On the whistle first kid in each line skates hard to other end. Do both ways X2.
On whistle hard to blue line, superman on each blue line. Do both ways X2.
On whistle hard to blue line, Right knee on first blue line and left knee on second blue line. Do both ways X2
