Description

Keep kids in equal groups along goal line.
On whistle hard to blue lind and pivot facing coaches, skating backwards to other blueline and again pivot facing coaches and finish by skating hard to end. Do both ways X2.
On whistle skate hard to blue line down on both knees and up quick skate to other blue line and down again on both knees and up skating hard to end. Do both ways.

Notes: Water break to follow this drill. 2min. 2 hard laps after water.
