Description

Lower Group
Skate to pylon stop lateral left stop
forward to pylon stop lateral right stop
skate backwards to boards

Centre ice
backwards transition forwards pick up puck back around pylon and stick handle trough pucks

Notes: Top Group

1 Skate forward to pylons sharp turns
2 Skate backwards tight turns (2 times)
3 Skate forward to pylons transition backwards

Pick up pucks and shoot on goalie
