Description

One timer warm-up

Split group up into as many groups as possible depending on number of coaches, etc.

One player in line goes to the boards, will act as the screener. First person in line will be the shooter.

Coach passes to the shooter, who shoots the puck towards the boards, hard and low. The screener tries to tip the puck, and then turns to the boards, finds the rebound and then shoots the rebound back against the boards, preferably going upstairs for the rebound.

Screener then passes the puck to the coach. Screener goes to the end of the line, shooter becomes screener.
