Description

Drill is continuous and can be ran out of both sides of the ice.

X passes to O. O skates backwards to take ice and pivots away from the boards. X skates blueline and opens up to receive the pass from O. X carries the puck across the blueline where they cross with O. O opens up to receive a pass back from X and then skate in to take a shot. X then pivots and receives a pass from the next player in line.

Notes: Always keep yopur feet moving. Heads up passes.
