Description

- On coaches whistle Fwd will pass to D who slides along the blueline and shoots on goal. Fwd goes to net for a screen or tip. F1 then skates outside zone, while D backpedals, opens up and retrieves the puck spotted from the coach as he surrounds the puck up ice he hits Fwd with a pass up the middle
- Run out of both ends at the same time, keep your head up in the middle of the ice.
