Description

- Both sides at the same time.
- Forwards start at centre circle / d start in corners.
- On whistle D steps up, receives pass from fwd, Skates backwards and pivots toward the middle of the ice.
- Fwd skates towards the boards to receive return pass from D. Fwd sets the puck at the dot for the d to skate into. Fwd sprints to stretch to far blue line to receive stretch pass from D.
- D follows up stretch pass again closes gap and plays 1 on 1 coming back
