Weave to Regroup

Description
Start with x2 pass to x1, follow your pass and fill all 3 lanes.
LD1/RD1 start inside dots skating backwards, make D to D pass and forwards regroup just inside far blue, then come back up ice 3-0
Then start other end.
Notes: Goalies, don't sweat this drill, 3-0 should score every time...get warmed up, feel the puck
