Description

Forward takes off towards blue line
Defence passes puck to forward then heads full speed to the blue line
Forward accepts pass and skates with the puck around the face off dot and attacks the net for a shot
Defences follows forward out of zone and transitions to backwards skating at the blue line and angles the player to the outside maintaining 2 stick length gap.
