Description

Drill is a 2 part drill that transitions on the whistle.

1st Whistle: Drill starts with D passing to a F and a 3 on 1 (Coach first defense). D drives to goal and sets up for screen on goalie. Forwards read the Coach Defense and take a shot on net. After shot 2nd phase of drill

2nd Whistle 2 Forwards go against the D for a 2 on 1 drill till last whistle by coach
