Description

1a. Stationary passing and receiving
1b.Players form a box formation around the circle, and pass randomly to the other players. Add coach to middle to try and intercept passes.
2. OPEN ICE CARRY: players start along boards and skate to other sideof the rink carrying puck.
3. PAIRS PASSING: form 2 lines in the corner 1 on each side of pylon. Players skate around zone passing the puck between the pylons. Make sure players take turn passing and receiving on forhand and backhand.

Notes: Coach at each station. enforce passing no playing.
