Description

X's start with the puck and attack 2-0 and shoot on net, as soon as shot is made, O's start with the puck and attack 2-0 on other net. The X's have to tap the post and then back check REALLY hard adn try to catch the O's and stop them from shooting.

The cycle continues with the O's then tapping the post and trying to catch the X's that leave right after the shot is made or the whistle blows.
