Description
F1, F4, start w/o puck skating down wall, around dot, and back to far wall using X overs to get WIDE.
D1,D2 start skating backwards from red line back to top of circles (may need to adjust depending on speed). Collect puck then pass to F1/F4, and immediately gap up to the Forward on opposite side of the ice.
MAKE A GOOD PASS, DONT RUSH IT D, Forwards get to the net to score here.
Goalies, likely a breakaway or 1 on 1, so get up, and out.
