Description

This drill runs from both ends at the same time. Drill begins with a battle inside the circle, where both players try to protect the puck from their opponent in the circle. If the puck leaves the circle, a coach will push another puck in. When the whistle goes, the puck is left in the circle and both players race to the neutral zone where a puck will be placed in the middle by a coach. 1 on 1 to the net after the race.
