Description

Drill runs both ways, on the whistle. F carries puck around the pylon, and tries to beat the D down the boards. D skates forward around the pylon and up to the red line, where they pivot TOWARD THE MIDDLE of the ice and look to maintain good body position and gap control with the forward coming down on them. 1 on 1 to the net. Change directions halfway through the drill.

Progression to 2 on 1 - F2 skates to the wall after receiving the pass from F1.
