Description

Drill is done at both ends. On the whistle, D1 wheels around the net, while F1 moves toward the hash marks for a breakout pass. D1 makes a breakout pass to F1, who skates off the wall and gives it back to D1, then skates hard toward the front of the net. D1 takes the puck around the net again, and hits F1 with a pass as F1 crosses the front of the net.
F1 takes the puck outside the zone and around the pylon and challenges D1 on the 1 on 1. D1 closes gap and plays F1 on the 1 on 1.
