Description

This full-ice drill runs one way at a time on the whistle. F1 starts the drill by curling toward the middle of the ice and receives a pass from D1. D1 follows play up the ice. F1 skates through the neutral zone and passes to D2. F2 skates hard across the ice, leaving as F1 crosses the red line, finally receiving a pass from D2 as F2 curls. F1 curls inside the blue line and joins F2 for a 2 on 1 against D1 who closed the gap. As the 2 on 1 goes down the ice, F4 and D3 start the drill in the opposite direction.
