Description

This drill is continuous, and goes up and down the ice.
F1 and F2 skate in on a 2 on 2 against D1 and D2. As they cross the blue line, D3 and D4 move toward the blue line, to face the NEXT 2 on 2 when the puck comes loose. F3 and F4 move in as well, waiting for the puck to come to one of them.
Once the NEXT set of Fs (F3 and F4) get the puck, they skate down the ice on a 2 on 2 against D3 and D4 who are waiting for them.
The drill continues the same way, as 2 new Fs and 2 new Ds move into play as the 2 on 2 crosses the blue line.
