Description
Goalie Note: The goalies should be following the play as if its live. focus on hugging the post, shuffling from post to post during the pass and t-push out to challenge the shot.
Forward line up on blue line ready to enter the zone.
Coach fires puck into one of the corners
Forwards skate in and setup attack, Winger goes to retrieve the puck, Center goes to front of the net getting in position for a shot on net and other winger provides support behind the net.
Winger with the puck passes to opposite winger who then passes to center for a shot on net.
Notes: NOTE: Purpose of this drill is to introduce the concept of the triangle, this drill will evolve to include Defence.
