Description

Players line up ready to enter the circle.
4 players in circle at a time, stick handling, evading coaches and stick handling around obstacles.
WHistle 1, x1, 01 goes back to end they came from on a breakaway.
WHistle 2, x2 02 go back to end they came in from on a breakaway,
as they leave 4 new players enter.

Notes: Heads up in the circle, change direction, protect the puck
goalies, be aggressive, up and out, match speed, don't gues.
Skaters, pucks in front of body, changing angles with feet, and hands to look for open shot.
