Description

D starts with puck and skates hard to the side boards- Pivots to backwards and accelerates to second cone-
Pivots back to forwards and boasts deep off glass without icing the puck.

D then accelerates forwards to center- pick puck and pivot backwards. Accelerate to cone boast shallow to inside blue line.

Pivot forwards cut across blue line and pick up puck from opposite end. Shoot and score.

Goalies play the first boast- cross ice opposite blue line (short) or hash wrap (icing). Return to net and make a save on the second boast 1-0.
