Description
3 Lines of 5 Players
Player 1 skates with the puck as fast as they can around the cone positioned between the blue and red line, while controling the puck. (Keep your head up and keep the feet moving
Player 1 to pass the puck to player 2 waiting in line at the cone when they hit the hash mark. (Hard Pass, sweep the puck - Head up, Player to should always be ready to receive the pass)
